RiiG ("RiiG") takes your personal privacy seriously. RiiG will not disclose any personal data you provide to us to any third party without your express written consent unless:

RiiG’s recruitment arm, APT, collects personal data about you to assist you in the recruitment process. This data consists of information such as your name, address, contact details, work and education history, salary details, your eligibility to work in the UK and your nationality which we are required to collect by law.
APT collects and processes sensitive personal data so far as is necessary to ensure conformity with legal requirements, for example under the equal opportunity laws. By using this website and by registering your details with APT, you consent to us collecting and processing sensitive personal data supplied by you and disclosing this information to prospective employers and clients in connection with the recruitment process. We may use collective data for assessment and analysis to enable us to review, develop and improve our service.
Under the Employment Agencies Act, APT is obliged to hold your data for 12 months after it was last used. After 12 months of non-usage you will be contacted and asked if you want to keep your details on the APT database. If you do not indicate that you wish your details to be retained on our database, we will archive your account. Should you choose not to be contacted by us please make a request to stop contact to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do not agree to our processing of your data in the manner outlined in this policy please do not submit any personal data to us.
In general there are two types of cookies; persistent cookies and session cookies.
